Almost anyone willing to show up and try their hardest will be able to find a place at our gym, but previous experience or athletic ability will help you start your journey. You will be asked to sign a waiver before participating in any of our classes. There is always a risk of injury when participating in combat sports, but we will do everything we can to help prepare you to best protect yourself and your fellow training partners.
